Reports of quality Internal and external assessment

The quality of the project processes evaluation will be done through self-evaluation of the consortium by each partner, through persons assigned by the quality control and monitoring team [QCMT], using the Project Assessment Form.

Instruments to be used in evaluation;

Report reviews, peer reviews, self-assessment, rubrics, questionnaires, monitoring visits must be included

Developing biannual internal and external progress reports, as addressed in details in WP 6.2 including main indicators of progress across all WPs such as: timely feedback; surveys; convergence of study programmes; quality of the questionnaires; number of respondents; number of stakeholders’ interviews; number of staff trained; number of syllabi and course modules developed and implemented, etc. For project outputs, performance indicators related to user demand, user satisfaction, efficiency, effectiveness, take-up, and number of monitoring visits; visibility of the website; information flow and

level of communication; number of publications, events, training materials.

All IMCert. courses will be validated internally and externally, and approved by partner institutional accreditation bodies. IMCert. will be equivalent to 60 ECTS. Its approval lies exclusively in each partner institutional regulations. The internal quality control and monitoring, participation of top administrative staff.
